With a Bachelor of Resource and Environmental Planning (Hons) and as a Full Member of the New Zealand Planning Institute (MNZPI), Claire is a highly experienced Senior Planner in the resource management and land development industry.

Since graduating from Massey University in 2013, Claire has managed a diverse portfolio of projects, including regionally significant infrastructure, mixed use developments, coastal consents, subdivision and policy advice across New Zealand (primarily Auckland and Wellington). Claire's experience includes two years in London, preparing Planning Applications for private urban regeneration, and commercial developments in London.

Claire's expertise spans the full project lifecycle, encompassing the development of the consent strategy,  project management, engaging technical experts, liaison with Council, compliance and variations to consents as needed.

She is committed to delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time with her family and two toddlers.
